anyone know what my deal is? recently (within the past year or so) i've been really, really, really loving easily annoyed, i get pissy all the time, and i tend to also be very jumpy at the same time. what is this

This segment describes me perfectly:
I've done that more than once.
i've started addressing that just by being absolutely open and honest as soon as i'm able, and letting them know i am. when they know what you're thinking, it's a lot easier to put your mind at rest.

I don't know much about anxiety but cutting out your adrenal glands might fix it.

if honesty sets you backwards, you need to find other people.

OCD

Then they are not people worth keeping around. If people cannot accept you for how you are, they aren't friends.

I get a lot of anxiety when things happen that are completely out of my control, wouldn't say I have OCD though.

Also dude, if you are sick you will loving know. Trust me. Stop worrying so much about your health until you notice your normal life is being interfered with.
