I ordered something on Amazon on Monday evening, still no shipping confirmation?

I ordered a black Pebble Watch on Monday evening and I have yet to receive a shipping notification for it. I know it was in stock.

It's Friday now. Is it possible Amazon just screwed up and never sent the email even though they shipped it?

Also, yes, I know Thursday being New Years day and maybe Wednesday play into it. But I would still think it'd have shipped by now. :/

amazon always comes early for me. i ordered smash bros and it came literally a week earlier than estimated arrival with standard free shipping. and they even pushed the estimated arrival closer soon after i ordered.

if you haven't gotten a notification, it probably hasn't processed yet unless something's goofy with your account e-mail

This, they're probably still giving people their Christmas presents so that means they're busy.

You might want to be careful with the pebble, I got a steel once with a defective screen (Lines, blank screen sometimes). I had to return it and get a moto 360.
OT: Try contacting Amazon and telling them about the confirmation not being received.

Amazon is a total gamble. I get packages in half the estimated time about 75% of the time. I get them two or three weeks late at worst. Its really just in the hands of UPS.
