Author Topic: Smooth Zoom  (Read 2804 times)

I've always liked the zoom that you can get from the Archery perk tree in Skyrim. Ever since I first used it, it's been great. I wished it was in Blockland so I came to the great Suggestions & Requests to see if anybody could make it.

If you want to see an example of what I would like it to look like, click HERE.

So in other words, you just want the zoom to go slower.

Smooth and slower ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I know there is a command to set the delay while zooming, it just doesn't come to mind at the moment.

setZoomSpeed(int value);

higher value = slower

this would be very useful yes

This is off topic from this thread a bit but how does filipe do this stuff with his camera?

Like what is he doing to make it do those turns to look like it's a god damn commercial for a car,

btw excellent work filipe on your cars.

Zoomy-zooms, clever editing, and usually some usage of the magical carpet

Yes.

EDIT: This
setZoomSpeed(int value);
worked.

EDIT2: I decided I'm might try and make it with customizable speed and stuff. Or if somebody already is I won't.

Thanks

Fun fact, there is no magic carpet used on that video, I use that smooth camera movement add-on made by Port, and I speed up the first part of some of the shots for a faster entrance of the camera, I use both the camera orb mode and the smooth camera thing to do some nice angles, I did the same here.
