I'm looking for a good open-world game on steam. Something like The Crew, basically. I like cities, and cars. Maybe guns and stuff?
No GTA, please. I don't dislike GTA, I actually would love to buy it, it's just I want something different.
My budget is $20. This is a strict budget, I know. I'm no millionaire.
If it can't meet the criteria, please just suggest a good game under $20.
And maybe even suggest other games along with a game that meets the criteria?
