What kind of grip do you have on your mouse?

I have 3 different grips for different moods
claw : tense, normally when racing and its close or playing shooters
palm : casual, browsing forums, looking at stuff
fingertip : semi tense-casual, playing a game where you click a lot, when playing racing games and im far ahead, clicking (shift from palm to fingertip), scrolling (same shift as before)

Palm, but I operate the scroll wheel with my middle finger because my index finger has some kind of RSI-like symptom that makes it painful to scroll with it. I have to clean my mouse regularly because of that sweat residue that accumulates on it and it's a pain in the ass, but I can't see myself holding my hand in a claw or tip position for any extended length of time.
