Random gun dropped on death and brick cart selection thing

I need someone to make 2 addons for a server I am making someday
An addon that makes a player drop a random item when they die sorta like the randomized event but only drops from other people

 also an addon where you can select the bricks allowed to be built with like if I set it to just be the 8x8 cube that will be the only thing people can build with

Have you tried Server_DropItemsOnDeath (Or Script_, I can't remember which)?
