Not sure what causes it, so I could use some help.
The DLCs I have enabled:

The mods I have enabled:

Anyone got a diagnosis?

EDIT: I have tried removing all my mods and yet nothing. I also tried verifying my files and it said it was fine. I'm gonna try
uninstalling and reinstalling.

OTHER EDIT: Thanks, Anybody! It works now. Locking.

Try running it without the mods and see if it works.
Then check them on in order and you'll see if it's the mods.

If nothing works just verify game files or update/remove your mods if they're imcompatible

Fallout 3 and New Vegas have insanely buggy PC ports, but not many extra bugs gameplay wise
