here's how you do this: if someone wants to be interviewed, and you think they'll provide a good interview, interview them. have quick little mini-shows. don't deliberately try to go longer then even 20 minutes. don't make it some sort of mark of honor that you got onto a blockland talk show because at that point nobody's thinking about 'wow, what will i talk about when i get on stage, there's so many things to say' but instead getting on stage in the first forgetin place

hell, have repeats show up if they're popular

drop professionalism just make the forgetin show

youve got like 7 pages of not doing things from the last topic and i really want to see this thing get off the ground

blockland live shows have this tendency to make it some sort of privilege or popularity contest instead of just being a rote 'ok, let's see what blockland is thinking about today' sort of thing and all the processing and polling that comes with that system slows the amount of content these shows put out to a halt

like even the really good ones i can only think of like 5 or 6 guys ever showing up and even then those guys are like 'hey, let's talk to ephialtes! hey, let's talk to eksi! hey, let's talk to kalphiter! let's listen to him and his weirdass jet engine background noise for like 20 minutes'

you could be putting out way more content then 'none at all' is what i'm saying

edit: though admittedly i can't even remember what show i'm thinking about specifically

i think it involved swholli

also someone should try to get swholli on the show.
