here's how you do this: if someone wants to be interviewed, and you think they'll provide a good interview, interview them. have quick little mini-shows. don't deliberately try to go longer then even 20 minutes. don't make it some sort of mark of honor that you got onto a blockland talk show because at that point nobody's thinking about 'wow, what will i talk about when i get on stage, there's so many things to say' but instead getting on stage in the first forgetin place
hell, have repeats show up if they're popular
drop professionalism just make the forgetin show
