Restricted brick tab building

I want a mod that makes you only build with restricted brick tabs

Ex: When you place a brick from the "Interactive" tab it will be deleted
     But when you place a brick from "Base plates" it will be successfully placed

I cant find this

There use to be an add-on for this on RTB called Baseplate rules. You might have to look that up on the rtb archive since there's no other add on like this on the formus From my knowledge.
