Getting touched on my back, especially getting my back scratched or massaged.

Are we discussing flinching, or cringing? I'm not really sure on the distinction we've got going here.

For me, I suppose I consider cringing to be a result of disgust, whereas a flinch is a fear of physical danger.

I could just update the OP with that, but I was going along the lines of the physical danger, even though cringing is close to it.

I flinch when I forget that I put volume on my PC to the max and use headphones

Whenever someone touches the back of my neck / puts their hand or a sharp object near it. I have no idea why it does this, but it drives me insane.

Scissors, hair clippers, etc.
It usually makes it particularly annoying to get haircuts because I keep involuntarily jiggling around.

loving literally every time an object that seems to be heading towards my head makes me flinch right out of my ass even if it isn't
