how do people notice the fps above 60?
I can barelly notice a difference over 30.
It's extremely noticeable when movement is quick or when the camera is rotating fast. There IS a difference from 60 vs 30 fps and that's that. I would ask if your monitor is 30 hertz, but then I'd be more concerned with where you actually got your monitor in the first place.

idk mayn i can see it plain and clear
I can too. But for some people they need a hands-on experience with it.

This whole debate thing about 30, 60, and 120 frames is funny and way off topic.

I noticed that people who aren't on a computer/TV as often wont notice the difference. I can see the difference between 30 and 60 frames as if it was day and night. I can also see a difference between 60 and 120 fps. Many of you will say that you cant see beyond 60 and before I use to say that as well, why spend an additional $50 - $100 for a monitor that I wouldn't really notice the extra 60 frames? Im gonna tell you now, you can see the difference. I can tell immediately once I move my mouse alone, the experience is surreal to me.

So, for people who say this:

makes me believe that they are uneducated about it and/or have a monitor that runs at 30.

EDIT: And yes, I do have a monitor that runs at 120 (144 to be exact)
