uhh you should really block your router if he has your IP. Your IP is what differentiates you from other people on the internet, and allows for people to make connections to you. If he has your IP, then he is able to use cmd.exe to hack you and allow him to connect to your sql databases and hack your facebook page. I work for india's largest tech support service and recommend that you unplug your whole internet router as even if it is turned off, hackers have found a way to get through over 50 firewalls using programs made on Scratch.
You can see if anybody is hacking you by going into cmd and typing 'netstat -b'

Notice those set of numbers? That is a hackers connection. Luckily for me, this hacker does not know that he is messing with one of the world's best computer expert, and that I now know his IP: 127.0.0.1. I pinged his IP protocol and realised something.

This hacker is connecting to my computer with less than 1 millisecond of latency. The only possible explanation for this is that he is going near my house, and hacking my databases by hiding somewhere. He must have heard me call the police, as the police search came up as nobody hiding. I have deemed that this hacker left some sort of external hard drive somewhere in my house that connects to my facebook and sends info back to his network.

This is just a message that you NEED a firewall otherwise hackers can connect through your open ports. Most people don't realise this but port 80 is actually left open by default. You MUST close this or people can use torrenting software to hack your computer. If you still don't have a firewall, or you have an untrusted one e.g. windows disk cleaner, then please download Norton, or McAfee, or just something to protect your mac address.
