Votekick mod that kicks whoever started the vote

what if you want to kick/ban someone for a legitimate reason
like 'ike is float hacking' or 'ike has glitched themselves out of the map and are stalling the round forever'

Then you'd have to shoot yourself in the foot to stop him. Because only bad people use the votekick system since it can only be abused.

I'd have an admin take care of it, I wouldn't trust the average blocklander to know the difference between lag, a hack, or just a bug. That and what if the person they're kicking just happens to not be doing anything, and just gets kicked because other players just assume "oh they're getting votekicked, they must be doing something wrong" and vote yes?
