i have no idea how to set OBS up and all the tutorials are for twitch streaming, not just general recording of vidya at 30 - 60 fps at 720p atleast
if my specs are needed i have no idea how to get them so help there would be cool too

disable use CBR
change max bitrate to 6000
go into Advanced

Match all those settings to what I have set, except for the "x264 CPU Preset," which you should set to superfast.

If you're still getting a bit of that that afterimage try setting the max bitrate to 8000. The problem is you just didn't have your bitrate high enough, and it didn't have enough space to encode the rapid shift in movement that you made. It's not OBS's fault.
