My English isn't great. Most of the time I don't know what I'm saying, and if you think I have no part in this creation, who had the idea?

Having an idea didn't give you any ownership of a project
The add-on would be fully controlled by the person actually making it

this was tried before and since the camera doesn't really move with the player's head position when you look up or down, it wouldn't work well.

You could always edit the look up/down animation to rotate alot less to still keep the camera inside the head.
