House of the Deadesque Add-ons

I would like if someone could make a Gun that functions like the Gun in the House of the Dead 1/2/3/4 and 4SP.

This would mean that would be a Gun that would have the Shot Sounds/Reload Voice Clip and Magazine Reload Sound from HOD.

I would also like if someone could make a Magician Playermodel like from the First game and two attacks being:

-A Claw attack and a Fireball Throw attack

So yeah i would love if someone would do this.
As Payment if the Add-ons are done i would give a 10$ Steam game.

Payment only Happens if the Maker does all the Add-ons requested.
