I understand you people want vanilla. I'll say this:
I'll host it every once in a while, but TPPI will get the most attention. Why? Because TPPI's overload of mods are actually fun. Seriously, we've been richarding around with ComputerCraft a lot.
EDIT: The server is online for real this time.

stuff, I forgot to update the OP saying that the server is offline.
Anyway, server is up, hosting TPPI as usual. The server shutdown abruptly due to technical difficulties (Couldn't connect, TPPI Server would get stuck on Loading NEI when starting, added server-sided mod HelpFixer to fix it).
