Lost(?) Add-on

I'm looking for the old add-on that was used in pretty much every speedkart server
The one that comes with events to disable the vehicles in a sense that, when you're in them you cant move
I tried searching for it but I'm bad and need help

I think doing the one output event setVehiclepowered would work. Leaving the box unchecked would leave it off.

Edit: There's one slight bug I hate about the output event though, you can still drive the vehicle... slowly.

its default
