His response to youtube about recent eventsAfter watching not even half the video, I saw many flaws in his rant about Fair use laws. You may have noticed he was talking about a certain individual that he did not name for he did not want to "give anyone any publicly."
However, there was a second reason that is hidden (Clearly those in the comments could not comprehend from his lies) Derek knows he is in the wrong, and he wanted to hide it from anyone who supports him. The truth of what Derek did to some content producers can be found

Negative review about his movie. He did not name anyone because the truth was out there and he knew his fans would go out to search for his "Scumbag Theif" just to find out the lies.
This event is a blatantly clear abuse of the YouTube Copyright claim system.
