NATION BILL OF RIGHTS
1. A nation, state, or sovereignty with a fuctioning home government may not be deprived of its statehood by means of Assembly Resolution or Law.
2. Any established nation, state, or sovereignty my join the CONSTARS Organization, unless expelled by an Assembly Law with a confirming supermajority of no less than three-quarters.
3. A nation, state, or sovereignty may not be expelled from the CONSTARS Organization without due process in the CONSTARS International Court, that dictates that beyond any reasonable doubt, a gross violation of international law or crime against humanity was undertaken by the government of that sovereignty.
4. A nation, state, or sovereignty that has been expelled from the CONSTARS Organization is entitled to file for readmission to the CONSTARS Organization.
5. A nation, state, or sovereignty of the CONSTARS Organization is entitled to equal representation among all other nations in the International Court of the CONSTARS Organization. This includes nations in the process of expulsion.
6. A CONSTARS Organization member nation, state, or sovereignty cannot be forced by military means into the adoption of Assembly Resolution or Law in non-military situations.
7. The CONSTARS Organization cannot bar any nation, state, or sovereignty from engaging in diplomacy by means of the CONSTARS Organization's International Diplomatic Bureau.
8. The CONSTARS Organization may not investigate the activities of a nation, state, or sovereignty without an Assembly Resolution.
9. A nation, state, or sovereignty, whether member or non member, cannot be charged tithe or tax for it's membership, or for it's pursuit of membership within the CONSTARS Organization.
10. No Assembly Resolution or Law may alter these Rights for any member nation, state, or sovereignty.
