New Idea Project (Help Needed)

Hi guys, today im making a new Project in blockland. I Need help, like builders, scripters,
So if you want to help me make the project then follow the steps.
For Builders :
Step 1 : Make a map, a City map with a school. (For Prove)
Step 2 : If Proved and builded Say me if your finished
Step 3 : Finished
For Scripters :
Step 1 : First show me your scripting (For Prove)
Step 2 : If proved, Script a simulator
Step 3 : Finished.

NOTE:
If you want to help then go reply For example :  I Want to help you with your project! Im a builder/scripter. If you did that i will pm you and your hired.

I don't think this is how it works. You don't just request people to build you a whole map, or request people to script you something. You kind of have to give details and such, or give some of your own input, because it seems like you want anybody to do everything for you, so you can host.

If you wish for help, please dedicate some of your own time and work to show us that you actually give a stuff, and don't just want people to do stuff for you so you can host it.
