Good games similar to Game Dev Tycoon & Game Dev Story?

Both are games where you simulate owning a game company, and you develop games. One's on mobile, one's on PC. Both, however, are really fun and very similar (in the way you gain points, you can make consoles, buy a new office, etc.) in their own way.

I'm just wondering -- are there other games similar to this?
Kairosoft, the creator of Game Dev Story has created SEVERAL simulation games (all of which are fun) and are somewhat similar to these, but I'm trying to find something that mainly revolves around the technology or game development aspect.

If you guys got anything to help me out with this, that'd be great. I love these kind of games.

Definitely Software Inc.
This is really the best software development "simulator" there is. Even though it's an alpha in early access, the statement is still true.
Software Inc. allows you to make many more types of software than Game Dev Story and Game Dev Tycoon. Not only that, but you really get to manage an entire company rather than just the games and the employees. You build the office, you build the rooms, you build parking lots and roads for traveling (you get a lot of open land to build in), everything. You wanna make an MMO, or run an online store? You need servers, and you'll most likely want a room for the servers. And who needs all of those expensive operating systems when you can just make your own? You'll also need an antivirus, for obvious reasons.
Oh, and buy shares in the stock market too. forget it, buy all of the shares. Just buy out all the companies.
This game has everything.
