The Apache attack helicopter is a great vehicle, but the roosterpit glass is opaque when in first person.

The texture here looks transparent without shaders enabled.


If you go over minimum, this happens. This is impossible to see in first person.

All I'm asking for is a fix to make the roosterpit glass compatible with shaders. This is a great helicopter mod and I don't want to give it up because of a little issue. Here is the mod just in case.

This is the same for the gas mask mod with the chemical grenades from the WF pack. Double request...?

Almost certain that the S&S update broke the way BL handles transparency.  That or the way LOD is handled with transparency in DTS objects.

As I recall, though, transparent DTS models in bricks still work.

It doesn't. My selection boxes are transparent and work correctly even with more transparent bricks inside them

That said, there is probably no way to fix this model without the original source file.

Works fine with any vehicle I have with transparent windows.
