It needs to be 75x75 or less, because its a gif I can guess you are running into the size limit which isnt ever told so I cant really help you, i would guess around 20kb is max

To my experience, anything above 5kb is rejected even with a brilliant internet connection.

I tried to upload a 75 x 75 image with 4 KB file size and it still gives me error. Useless.

No, that's just the maximum size. Please don't spread misinformation.
It can be 34x75. It can be 74x33. It can be 1x1. It can be 75x75. It cannot have either number be higher than 75.
