Blood decals on weapons

Title.

I want every weapon that within 5 units outside of another's hitbox to have blood on it.

A good example of this is Blood and gore overhaul


that should explain some of what I want for it. All I need is blood that splashes on weapons whenever someone in a 5 unit radius is hit.

Just a decal, I don't want too much lag from it.
