To be fair, my comment was more towards the stuffposting going on not neccesarily saying that the thread should be locked. People were just babbling on at that point.

Also i really don't agree with how you presented this, but you bring up some good points.

You can be power hungry for sharing an opinion, yes. It can be my opinion that I think you should be banned, but hey, I'm not in a position of power so it's not my call. Me saying that you should be banned just makes me look power hungry as well. (I don't actually want you banned, it was an example.)

So who are you to state whether or not a topic has run it's course?
