Internet's been down all day, how to fix?

I'm having to post this from my phone.

I am about to lose my mind. 6 hours ago all the internet in my house mysteriously went down. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, and nothing has worked.

Things I have tried:
- Unplugging the modem and plugging it back in 3 minutes later to reset the connection
- Running windows network diagnostics

Every time I run a network diagnostic, it tells me it doesn't see any problem with the internet, yet I can't get any internet connection to my computer whatsoever. It tells me "Troubleshooter couldn't identify the problem".

Any help you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated. I swear I am about to lose my mind.
