There exists an ombudsman for every industry, and their job is to investigate and take action against corporate malpractice and bullstuff. I remember being very familiar with them when I was working for a department store a while ago, as employees and customers can both head straight to them if they're involved in something fishy.

Tech arrived this morning. He replaced the taps and the entire pit, but during the pit replacement he got a call; Telstra has been investigating my area ever since I started this entire investigation, and they found out that an amplifier is down, meaning everybody on my street and a few adjacent streets using Telstra are also suffering from stuffty connections.

Tech said it'll take upto 10 days for them to replace the amplifier. Standby for more info.

Got a text while I was on holiday that apparently all issues were resolved. My router still reads 57.0dBmV, but I've had not a single drop and improved network conditions, and we've replaced every bit of equipment possible to replace, so I'm currently satisfied that the issue was resolved.

Now, here's hoping the Government will stop being giant douchebags and roll out the NBN in my area soon.

F@CK THIS INTERNET...

THERE WILL BE ALWAYS ISSUES
