My internet's in the toilet right now; How to fix?

For some reason, the past few days, my ping has gone from 30 ms to over 500 ms regularly. Most online games are barely even playable anymore. People are lagging out on my Blockland server.

I've run speedtest but other than that I don't know what I can do. Any suggestions to help fix my internet? It's not a router or DNS issue, i've already verified that.
