Customizable brick shift

I understand this mod already exists, but one version has a broken download link and the other is in the RTB archives which are all broken (to me at least)

Basically the mod is a client-sided mod that allows you to set the shift amount for moving your bricks. So you'd input a number like 20 and the brick would move 20 studs over in that direction
