speaking of hotdogs i would like to have some hodots now

damnit i fell for it

comedy = tragedy + time damnit, kochie beat me to the punch

but on a serious note, dark humor is alright so long as it's in good taste and everyone's ok with it

dark comedy can have a lot more kickback if you do the joke wrong - otherwise, it's just like normal comedy genres: funny if done well, to the right crowd

so yeah, not everybody likes the darkies but hey, as long as you don't enslave it you'll be fine with the crowd

kinda but whats the point? of course you'd say it's funny because its humor but like. if you're making. a joke that is not.. like.
like you should probably only make dark humor or dark jokes around people who wont beat the forget out of you or start flamin you up for saying it (ive seen this happen)

Obviously we're not talking about "its just a prank bro!!!!!" tier bullstufftery, if you beat the forget out of someone because they made a joke you didn't like, you're a stuff-stain and should probably seek anger management.

depends on context
if you're doing it to be a richard then obviously no
if you genuinely find it funny and think other people will too then there's no reason to keep it to yourself (it's still entirely possible to accidentally be quite rude in the process mind you)

Dark humor is the best humor
