why do i keep downloading things i already have off of servers?

I've noticed that lately, my copy of blockland has been acting weird, and now when someone spawns in my server, it won't let me know.

and when i join someone else's server, it sometimes downloads parts of add-ons i already have.

is there an explanations for any of this? is there something wrong with my copy, or has alot of people been tweaking and renaming alot of their add-ons?

sorry for double posting, for some strange reason, i couldn't find the edit button.

anyways, also, lately after i think i installed the bot wars add-on, my server hasn't been very busy lately, and usually, alot of players are in it. and i remember one person disconnectiong from it, and then reconnected and said he was sorry, then something like if i can remember correctly, he had an invaild something.

here's the last log of when i played today.....well, the log was too long, so ill just "attach" it.

i got another question. lately, sometimes some people can't host a mini, if there's already just one running and sometimes, people can't close they're mini.
