Improper launching

I'm on OSX El Capitan after my old Windows computer fried, and I'm on Steam, And it is telling me to launch from my applications folder, and there is no "Blockland" in my app folder, It can't save anything or load up face block and torso block textures as well as emitters, any solution?

Since you are on Steam, try to validate your games cache.
Other than that, I can't help you with OSX.
