Author Topic: TIL that in 1996 a gorilla carried a boy to safety when he fell into its pen  (Read 2556 times)

Let natural selection take its course.

both gorillas had different intentions with the kid its not like its their nature to act the same when a foreign species comes in contact with them

Maybe male gorillas are more territorial and don't like it when new creatures enter their territory, while female gorillas have more of a paternal instinct like when a creature that is sorta similar to the way they look is creating sounds of distress perhaps it's instincts tell it to soothe the creature.

if i was a gorilla in these situations i would have punched the kid
with my grape ape strength he would be dead and there would be no reason to shoot me

I wonder what gorilla tastes like.

it's either the gorilla or the kid and morality goes that you should defend the kid instead of that hulking animal

Why does a snot nosed brat who can't follow simple directions get to live instead of a cool gorilla living a life in a stuffty environment???

i honestly believe that killing the gorilla was the only option here.

Because toddlers totally know what they're doing, right?
