Starcraft 2 problem

Okay so this is really loving pissing me off. I'm trying to play starcraft 2 but every time I bind my loving troops it tabs me to desktop. Like if I press ctrl 1 or ctrl 2 it kicks me to desktop. How to I stop this gay loving bullstuff from happening?

does it tab straight to your desktop or is it some other program you have running?
are you running the game on fullscreen or borderless window?

does it do it with any other game? ik you have space engineers so try doing it with that (since space engineers actually uses ctrl + number keys)
