Go to bed then? Don't waste your money on a stupid motion detector when you could just as easily solve your problem by going to sleep before the sun comes up.
I just sleep when I feel it's time to sleep. I tend to make matters worse occasionally.. I shouldn't be thinking of wasting money on that, it's a stupid idea after all.
