My first laptop got to the point of overheating 24/7, so I just used compressed air on the fans and it worked good. Also try propping the pc up using a thin book or something and make sure the book isn't blocking the intake fan as well, this MASSIVELY helps airflow (I use it all the time and it works wonders)
