i remember a long time ago someone released an addon that let you plant bricks inside other bricks (ostinyo i think), does anyone have a link?

I'm not sure but that sounds cool. I can't see a practical use for it though.

are you talking about brick_overlay or the one that allowed you to literally clip bricks into each other?
