I need help with ping problems in Quake III

Everytime i join i server i notice that some people have 0 ping, but i have 200, 300 or even 400

I want to say that i actually have a good internet, i can download files 1 MB/s and my old internet used to download 150 KB/s

Can somebody help me?

Nevermind, i already solved this, i just had to restart my internet
