How do I get pass Norton's stupid blocking stuff?

ok, try this:

- download Rufus
- set the following option to this:

- click the disc
- locate the CD version of the ISO (which i'm assuming you have, if not, here)
- i'd recommend checking the checksum of the ZIP you got the ISO from if you can. 7zip can do this natively if you have it in your context menu (i don't know where it is in the actual program). this verifies the file was downloaded properly, which means everything will be in working order.
- keep in mind that the USB you use for this will be completely wiped with no going back. if you don't wanna do that, either back up the data or don't do it.
- click Start, and hope that it works. if not, you could always try YUMI, and use that instead

both of those require admin rights to even run them, which I don't have.
EDIT: old versions of rufus don't require admin rights.
EDIT 2: Rufus is saying "no devices", so I downloaded something called "xboot" and I tried installing bootloader and get this stuff

I pretty much give up at this point, I don't know what's going on or that my laptop is just being dumb. I am just going wait until I buy my own laptop or my dad thinks I am old enough for admin rights. Thanks to all tried to help in this topic.
