I understand her point: she's scantily clad and frozen in a crystal, in a somewhat revealing position, with no way to shield herself from onlookers. Being attracted to someone in a situation like that against their will is kinda....eh...
But she's making a much bigger deal about it than it's worth. That's one scene, in one game. After you free her, she appears in many other games, as just another female character like any other.
