i couldnt get a good button mapping to play ffxiv well on a steam controller comfortably. and i would still refuse to use it for any shooter.

but its great for like half my list. especially simple games, retro games, emulators, anything not mouse heavy.
but its handy because the track pad controls PC mouse, so i can grab it and nerd out from bed without having to move for like 50 hours.

I love it in shooters. I only really use it in singleplayer shooters though, because I'm just more used to the kb + mouse for competitive stuff.
I replayed all of HL2 and episodes 1 and 2 with it, and it was a blast. I might do the same with HL1.

The only reason I got a controller is dark souls
Not a fan of racing amd I don't emulate a lot.

Don't you have enough games?
