Stuck On Authentication:Validating Key

Ive tried Re-installing the game,
Trying without any add-ons,
Changing my DNS,
and Ive had It running for 20mins waiting...
I cannot join anyone, I cannot start servers.
When I start the authentication says "Authentication: Validating Key" For hours.
I currently have 972 hours of block-land on steam, so This hasn't happened before.
I just switched my computer to windows 10 and updated the hardware.
I don't think this is a public thing either, because my friend is playing dogfight on blockland right now.
Please Help.

Nevermind.
For some reason when I run steam as a administrator it works fine.

Nevermind. Still doesn't work.

Try restarting steam. The authentication servers bug out on me like this sometimes and usually thats my fix.

Didn't work.
I tried just about everything.
Then I tried going to win 8.1.
For some reason it works fine now.
