Where do I put save files once I download them?

most good maps & mods are ready for you to drop into /blockland and extract themselfs (drag the "base" folder out of winrar and into the bl folder)

however if you are talking about brick save files (.bls), they go in Blockland/base/saves/ and then the appropriate map folder.
