the one im hoping to move into for uni in a few months is £140 a week. my family never went to uni and our household income is below the threshold for student loans so I get the maximum possible maintenance loan.

Me and my roommates are paying $2850 a month for a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 3,320 sqft.

$650/month for rent+all utilities
Renting out part of a house (shared living, one other person) in South Saint Paul. I get the whole basement for bedroom and living room area, and private bath, plus shared kitchen and shared laundry room
