Technically, love changes have not been done yet. Those "love changes" you see don't ACTUALLY change the patient's gender, they just change some of the features that being their gender has. If you change a male to a "female", that "female" (male) person cannot get pregnant nor give birth. Likewise, if you change a female to a "male", the "male" (female) person cannot get a female pregnant.
