Well I had an addon called spam filter or something that deleted wep and item spawns after someone logs off, it would cause a packet error, so I disabled it.

Looks to me as if you are missing textures for something. The client requests a texture that is needed for something, and you don't have it therefore causing a packet error of some kind.
Make sure you have your add-ons installed correctly.

I redownloaded blockland and now it works so thanks whoever said to do that.

You're missing the AS32 Juggernaut's model. Redownload it, and extract it properly.
