We aren't talking about the frequency of a computer, we are talking about a living beeing, with a dynamic intelligence, the iq can change, it doesn't have to, but it can change. (Though, most people seem to use that ability to lower it xD)

IQ doesn't change. How much you know can be changed, but that's not IQ. How you think; you can't really modify your brain.

It always seems that the forum has to have a public enemy. There's always SOMEONE that's being picked on by a lot of the forum members.

Of course, a lot of these people are really jerks back so we just continue on.

The reason so many kids get banned is because they're too immature to handle being part of a community like this. They usually can't utilize the English language to its full extent which means this community of idiots has to attack them on every front. I think that when kids get to about 16 and up, they should then be allowed a second chance, because kids don't change in a couple of months - it takes years for them to mature.

It seems that when Ephialtes makes long posts, they make sense. However, when he makes short ones, they seem conceited.

They can change minnimally (no more then 5 points) if while your brain is developing you crazely study and use your brain constantly.  I can explain the reason, but I'm on my Wii, and I want to get back to eating Ice cream instead of typing.

I can, but I call 90% of people dumb, and race doesn't effect it.
