Author Topic: v9 - Music limitations  (Read 1953 times)

Not hard to do, and would require no engine changes. Create a trigger, that when entered, plays the music to the client.

The problem is that you can't place a music brick in the middle of the room. It'll be slightly off and it'd have to be floating as well.

I say screw the music bricks... I just use events (usually)

They are ugly, unless used for radios or electronics. But then again, I guess thats what they are supposed to be used for.

And BTW, to get a 'music' brick in the middle of a room, make a 2x2x1 stack in the center, event the center-most brick in the stack to play music then event the lot of them to go invisible and decollide... unless you were looking for something else of course.   :O

Dumbass we're not talking about Wrench Events. If anything we'd be talking about v9 events.

He's not a beta tester, so it must be space guy's.  Think before you flame.

Someone did it in some alpha medieval rpg, when you went into a save point, it played temple of time (it was like a cheap 8x8 space you would hear temple of time and walk out of that space and hear silence)
